      • Since CE-CON Safety is a multi-user tool, but not every user should have editing access to all content, the software has a system with different user roles. These are graded from simple read access to admin rights.

        And this can be done for individual projects. Service providers or suppliers can also be added as users via an invitation function, so that they can only get access to a specific project.

    • Template Manager

      • Templates can minimize the time to create and edit risk assessments and provide a company-wide standard. You have the option of saving information as a template and reusing it across projects:

        • Text modules (especially suitable for continuous texts).

        • Component templates
        • Complete or partial projects can be used simply as templates.

    • Data protection and security

      • Because the security of your data is important to us, CE-CON Safety is operated in a data center in Germany. This offers a power supply secured by an emergency generator and it is redundantly connected to the fiber optic network and monitored 24/7.

        Transmission between the end user and the data center takes place via encrypted data transfer (SSL/TLS). Backups are physically stored in separate areas.
