Main features
The ESPRIT CAM system offers several patented high-speed roughing cycles. For the milling area ProfitMilling up to 5-axis simultaneous, ProfitFacing and ProfitHybrid, which is a combination of ProfitMilling and ProfitFacing. For the turning area ProfitTurning. All Profit cycles aim to remove a lot of material in a short time, avoid tool vibrations and thus significantly increase tool life.
Profit Cycles
Multitasking with Machine Recognition The ESPRIT CAM system uses a digital copy of the CNC machine for setup, programming, optimization, and simulation. This knowledge of the machine's specific features and constraints is the foundation for ESPRIT CAM's most advanced features - from high-speed machining to post-processor output. This allows you to simplify programming while realizing the full performance potential of the machine.
Multitasking with machine recognition
ESPRIT CAM software dynamically optimizes 3D milling cycles. This is based on the real-time status of the stock, milling tool, tool holder, workpiece setup, and machine tool. The advantages are fewer movements to reposition the tool, no movements without material removal, and collision-free machining. This allows programs to be generated with shorter machining times that can be executed safely on the machine.
Toolpath with stock recognition
Machining cycles, such as turn milling, are automatically synchronized in ESPRIT CAM software during creation, but manual synchronization is also possible to ensure the highest level of program optimization.
This results in a complete, optimized program that synchronizes machining cycles with workpiece handling as well as setup changes, taking into account all relevant factors, such as bar feed, repositioning, parting, ejection, transfer, and reclamping.
Synchronized machining
