    • Plastics Dashboard

      • The Plastics Dashboard gives you an overview of the most important process-relevant KPIs for injection molding machines, providing transparency across the entire machine park and for ongoing production.

        For example, you can view machine utilization, order efficiency and material consumption efficiency (raw material waste) at a glance, as well as the ratio of good parts produced to bad parts.

    • Health Scoring

      • Health Scoring learns the plant behavior and calculates the health states of all your injection molding machines and temperature control units fully automatically based on AI.

        If important process parameters are out of control, your plant operators and plant managers can immediately see which machine and which component is experiencing a deviation. Health scoring enables a prompt response and targeted root cause analysis and elimination, e.g. by "zooming in" to the sensor level of the machine and alerting relevant personnel.

        Automatically keeps an eye on the quality-relevant process parameters at all times: 24/7. This significantly increases the availability of your systems. You avoid scrap, machine downtimes and reduce follow-up costs.
