IIoT Connectivity provides the basis for leveraging the full digitization potential of your machines, regardless whether they have modern communication protocols (such as OPC UA, MQTT, umati, etc.) or not.

The app ensures the acquisition of machine signals and data on the store floor and converts them into a structured data format.

Operation near the machine (edge) ensures data security and offline capability in the face of disruptions in the connection to the cloud.

Acquired data is then available for further processing and analysis, e.g. by the MPDV apps Machine Monitoring or Machine Status Analysis.

        Due to the operation on an edge device in proximity to the machine, offline capability is also provided, so that your data can be temporarily stored in the event of a temporary loss of the Internet connection.
