    MPDV's App Machine Monitoring app allows you to visualize and record the status of your machines, production lines and workstations. This information serves as the basis for calculating key figures and is also the starting point for optimizing machine availability.

    As an alternative to manual quantity input, logical counter inputs are the basis for automated quantity acquisition by machine connection. Logged quantities can be used for an order-related comparison of target and actual quantities.

    Automatic plausibility check

    Machine data is checked for plausibility and then linked directly to the corresponding workstation. If necessary, correction can be done afterwards.

    In the workstation / machine overview, the current status (e.g. setup, production, various downtime reasons) can be clearly displayed for the respective resource.

In a real-life example: A production supervisor can have the status of all machines displayed centrally and clearly on his desktop PC in the supervisor's office in order to be able to react quickly to any malfunctions. At the same time, a production employee can either enter the status of a machine manually via tablet PC, or this status is reported automatically via machine connectivity.
