UMH Systems GmbH is the company behind the United Manufacturing Hub. We have our office in the Digital Capability Center Aachen, where we simulate the digital transformation of various industries and demonstrate the results.
The cross-plant dashboard is designed for management and makes it possible to compare different sites, machines and entire machine classes and to identify anomalies. The results can be exported to various formats (e.g. Excel) for further analysis.
The machine view provides the user with a detailed insight into the selected machines. This allows, for example, the machine status but also stop reasons to be recorded at a single dashboard.
The production manager and supervisor at a site can use their individual created dashboards to get an overview of production (e.g. overall equipment effectiveness, machine status and orders) and, if needed, can get more detailed information on each machine in the machine view.
