    • How does VISENSE work?

      • Step 1 - CONNECT - Connect your underperforming machine to the VISENSE hardware kit in a non-intrusive setup and in only a few minutes. VISENSE does not need to access your MES / SCADA systems or your machine data. The VISENSE hardware consists of high quality and robust industrial cameras, necessary sensors (IO-Link) and a powerful edge device.

        Step 2 - OBSERVE - After installation, the system detects and stores all occurring machine fault events completely autonomously. Due to the automated selection and sequencing of the video material, only those sequences are stored which are relevant for the fault analysis of your machines.

        Step 3 - ANALYSE - Through VISENSE, we provide you with a very consistent fault database to quickly analyze your machine faults. Through the intuitive web-based VISENSE dashboard you can easily access and analyze your machine faults. It also enables you to digitalize central processes around your machines, such as reporting and troubleshooting processes.
